Description
The purpose of this environmental scan is to provide a high level summary of the patient safety and quality priorities and goals for participants of the National Patient Safety Consortium. More specifically, the goals of this document are to: (1) Confirm that all partners have a part to play in advancing patient safety; (2) Confirm that we now have a call to action for patient safety (as demonstrated in Forward with Patient Safety: Commitment through action paper); (3) Demonstrate alignment with current work and priorities of Consortium members
