Lightning strike talk at the July 2019 Code4Lib YEG conference held at the University of Alberta Library Digital Scholarship Centre. Brief abstract provided below: Business analysis can help us better define problems and opportunities in our work so we can recommend and develop solutions. This presentation will discuss the discipline of business analysis and its usefulness in library technology projects, focusing on some of the definitions and methods used in this field.
