This study investigated several questions about measures of language complexity based on 50-utterance spontaneous speech samples for 52 3- and 4-year-old children with typically developing speech (TDS) and speech sound disorders of unknown origin (SSD-U) or resulting from cleft palate (SSD-ClP).
