Description
While credentialing issues for IENs relocating to Canada have been studied, little is known about the experiences of their transition into Canadian healthcare systems. Alberta Health Services (AHS) recently undertook recruitment drives in Australia, India, the UK and the Philippines, thus prioritizing this research.
