Description
This image is part of a series illustrating proper laboratory micropipetting technique. This image demonstrates depressing the plunger to the second stop as part of the process of drawing up liquid and dispensing liquid. This technique is taught in Introduction to Cell Biology: Biology 107 and Molecular Genetics and Heredity: Biology 207.
