Abstract
Description
The Straumen farm was a working farming and fishing operation. The primary approach was from the sea, so habitation buildings were lined up facing the sea with boat houses in front, and animal buildings to the sides. It is located on a bay on Kvaløya Island about 35 km from Tromsø. This image shows the current entrance to the farmstead, displaying the Perspektivet Museum logo.
