Abstract

Description

SSHRC Awarded IG 2016: As technology continues to increase in importance, countries require skilled workers who can produce new ideas, provide new services, and construct new industries. The ability to create these outcomes will be determined by the effectiveness of programs in Mathematics and Science. This research program will create and evaluate innovative new methods for generating test items to address the challenging problem of rapidly and economically producing large numbers of high-quality, content-specific, test items required to support computerized formative testing in mathematics and science.
