Description
This image is part of a series illustrating proper laboratory technique when preparing a wetmount. This image demonstrates how to remove excess liquid from a wetmount with excess liquid on the microscope slide. This technique is taught in Introduction to Cell Biology: Biology 107 and Molecular Genetics and Heredity: Biology 207.
